In January 1986, Wright-Moore Corporation filed an eight-count complaint against Ricoh Corporation because it refused to renew its national distributorship agreement with Wright-Moore after the expiration of its one-year term. On motion for summary judgment, Judge Lee held that Ricoh had good cause not to renew the distributorship agreement and that Ricoh did so in good faith...
