In this case, the district court dismissed the plaintiff's complaint on the ground that the plaintiff had failed to meet its burden of proof of proximate cause. The plaintiff appeals, asserting that the legal standard applied by the district court was incorrect and that the factual determinations of that court were clearly erroneous.
