Defendant, Ruth Mandel, appeals the denial of her post-sentence Motion to Withdraw Plea of Guilty under Rule 29.07. The state, by information, charged her with the class A misdemeanor of harassment, § 565.090 RSMo.1986. The case was set for trial on April 5, 1990. On that day, defendant entered a plea of guilty and she and her attorney signed the plea form. A pre-sentence investigation report was ordered, and sentencing was deferred to May 17, 1990...
