OPINION

BILLINGS, Associate Presiding Judge:

Petitioner Jasbir S. Bhatia (Bhatia) seeks reversal of a final decision of the Board of Review of the Industrial Commission of Utah (Board) denying him unemployment benefits. We affirm.
