Joseph and Dorothy Polak (plaintiffs) appeal the trial court's October 23, 1990 order granting summary judgment in favor of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (Skidmore), and Helmut Jahn, C.F. Murphy and Murphy/Jahn, Inc. (collectively, Murphy/Jahn), and its January 20, 1991 order granting summary judgment in favor of the Chicago Park District (District).
