Before the Court is the renewed motion of defendant G. Robert Fisher ("Fisher") and defendant Smith, Gill, Fisher and Butts for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendant Fisher is a partner in the law firm of Smith, Gill, Fisher and Butts ("Smith Gill") and was retained by David Zalaznick, a principal of The Jordan Company, in late October of 1983...
