Appellant Loyd Cook appeals from a conviction after trial by jury of three violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and one violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. On appeal, Cook contends that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for larceny of an interstate shipment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659.
