In 1986, the plaintiffs Nu-Life Construction Corp. ("Nu-Life") and Terminate Control Corp. ("Terminate") commenced this action pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.
