This case, which is now before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment, is brought on behalf of a certified class of hundreds of customers of Latin Investment Corporation ("LIC"). Plaintiffs seek damages against certain key promoters of LIC — defendants Fernando Leonzo, Leonel Salinas, and Jose Cortes — for security frauds perpetrated against plaintiffs, as alleged in Counts One and Two...
