Tyler Kelly appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court1 (Aroostook County, Pierson, J.) on a jury verdict in favor of the State on its action against Kelly for forcible entry and detainer pursuant to 14 M.R.S.A. § 6001 (Supp.1991).2 We find no merit in Kelly's contentions that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury and in denying his motions for a judgment...
