We grant certiorari to consider the correctness of the trial court's ruling denying defendant-relator's, Lloyd's Underwriters at London ("Lloyd's"), exceptions of no right and no cause of action.

On or about April 15, 1985, plaintiff-respondent, John Joseph Randall, while working from a scaffold as a plasterer, came in contact with electrical wiring installed by M Electric & Construction Company...
