O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service, Inc. (O'Hare-Midway) appeals the decision of the circuit court affirming the Illinois Department of Employment Security's determination that their chauffeurs were employees rather than independent contractors, and consequently were covered for purposes of unemployment insurance contributions. For the reasons which follow we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
