Stephen J. Mee appeals the district court's dismissal of his civil rights action against state parole officers under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988). At all times relevant to this suit, Mr. Mee was a parolee. He alleges that defendants' decision to hold him in custody pending a parole revocation hearing violated his due process rights.
