Matthew Burda was injured while working for the M. Ecker Company, and he filed a claim for benefits under the Illinois Worker's Compensation Act, Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 48, ¶ 138.1, et seq. The parties agreed to settle the claim and executed a Lump Sum Settlement Contract and Order which was approved by the Illinois Industrial Commission.
