KINKEADE, Justice.

Clinton Webb appeals his jury conviction for aggravated robbery. The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment. In five points of error, Webb contends that the trial court erred in (1) overruling his objection to the prosecutor's use of peremptory challenges pursuant to Batson v.
