Petitioner was convicted of burglary in the first degree, rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He was sentenced under the dangerous offender statute to consecutive terms totalling 100 years with consecutive minimums totalling 50 years.
