Michael Joseph "Mick" Jacobson (Jacobson) appeals a judgment of the Second Judicial District of the State of Montana, Butte-Silver Bow County, which imposed a sentence on Jacobson greater than what was recommended in a plea-bargain agreement. We affirm.
