Merlyn Yagow appeals his conviction on eleven counts of bankruptcy fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152 (1988). A jury found Yagow guilty on six counts of concealing assets of the bankruptcy estate, three counts of lying under oath about the location of the assets, and two counts of making false statements under penalties of perjury.
