Defendant, Gary Wayne Harris, was originally charged by bill of information with armed robbery (count 1) and two counts of first degree robbery (counts 2 and 3). La.R.S. 14:64 and 64.1. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, Count 1 was amended to first degree robbery and Count 3 was nol-prossed. Defendant pleaded guilty to these two counts of first degree robbery and, at the same time, pleaded guilty to one count of first degree robbery, charged...
