Leslie Ray Easley (Easley) was employed by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections for fifteen years when he became disabled. Easley's disability was caused by numerous health problems, including: Type II diabetes mellitus with hypoglycemic attacks; panic attacks; and, gastric dysfunction.
