Jesus Quiroz-Cortez appeals his conviction for conspiracy to possess over 50 kilograms of marijuana with intent to distribute and aiding and abetting the substantive offense. Quiroz-Cortez raises only one point of error — that the district court violated Fed.R.Crim.P. 24(c) in replacing a juror who was hard of hearing with an alternate juror after the jury had begun its deliberations...
