On July 10, 1986, plaintiffs Richard B. Meier and Cheryl Z. Clark filed this action in the Circuit Court of Phelps county against defendants Casper A. Thorpe, Rose M. Thorpe and Boatmen's Bank of Rolla (formerly Centerre Bank of Rolla). Plaintiffs' action is one for "wrongful foreclosure."
