CARDINE, Justice.

Appellant Beverly Harshfield brought this action to modify a divorce decree to provide for division of appellee's military retirement benefits contending that she should be allowed to present evidence upon the modification question. She appeals the district court's order dismissing her petition to modify the divorce decree.

We affirm.
