DUGGAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a trial court's order denying a motion for reduction of bond.

On March 27, 1991, appellant, Robert L. Clark, was arrested and charged with the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance on that date. He has remained continuously in custody since his arrest. On April 19, 1991, appellant was indicted for the March 27th offense, with one prior conviction...
