Payne, a lawyer proceeding pro se as the guarantor of a promissory note, appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). That summary judgment was granted on the grounds that Payne's defense of fraud in the inducement is barred by the D'Oench, Duhme doctrine and that his defenses of lack of notice of the sale of collateral...
