This case presents the question of whether a finding at an administrative hearing conducted by the Illinois Department of Corrections (DOC) that a prison inmate violated prison rules, resulting in that inmate's loss of good time, can provide the sole basis for terminating that inmate's parental rights. We hold that such a finding cannot, and we reverse the termination of parental rights that occurred...
