The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order against So-White Freight Lines, Inc. For the following reasons, we enforce the order.

In proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (the Board), So-White Freight Lines (So-White) was found to have violated sections 8(a)(3) and 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(3) and (a)(1),
