For the reasons stated in the companion case of Patricia Prejean v. Dixie Lloyds Insurance Company, et al., 602 So.2d 764 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1992), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed as amended and rendered.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association.
