Plaintiff, Vince Torcasso, doing business as Mazz Media (Torcasso), brought an action in the circuit court of Cook County against defendants, Richard Swoboda and Standard Outdoor Sales, Inc. (Swoboda). Torcasso alleged that Swoboda breached a brokerage contract and committed fraud.
