OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

Appellant pled guilty to the offense of fleeing, and was sentenced to 30-days confinement and fined $200. Appellant was subsequently indicted as an habitual offender for the offense of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle ("UUMV"). Both charges arose out of the same series of events. Appellant's first prosecution for UUMV ended in a mistrial. Appellant was tried a second time, a jury found him guilty, found enhancement paragraphs...
