Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association was substituted for Champion, following the financial failure of the latter, and effected a settlement with Thomas. Ramona Feazell, a passenger in the Wallace vehicle, a 1981 Honda, intervened in the suit. Wallace filed a reconventional demand against Thomas and her insurer...
