MALONEY, Judge.

In separate cases, appellants Robert Charles Grunsfeld and Jerred J. Hunter1 were each convicted by a jury of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to life imprisonment. The Court of Appeals for the Fifth District in Dallas County reversed Grunsfeld's conviction and remanded the case for a new trial. Grunsfeld v. State, 813 S.W.2d 158
