Appellant, Bart's Lakeshore, Inc., intervened in this lawsuit seeking to enjoin the Civil Sheriff from disbursing funds seized pursuant to a Writ of Fieri Facias and requesting return of the funds. The Writ of Fi Fa was obtained by appellee, William Boxx, pursuant to a default judgment he obtained against Bart's on the Lake, LTD.1 That default judgment was the result of Boxx's claim against Stallings Construction Company...
