Defendant, Willie Calvin Scott, Jr., was charged by bill of information with possession of stolen things, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:69. Scott pled guilty to middle grade possession of stolen things and was subsequently sentenced to serve two years at hard labor, payment of court costs, and in default of payment of court costs, he will serve 60 days concurrent with the two-year sentence, one and one-half years is to be served concurrent with the remaining...
