Defendant pled guilty to procuring $263,200 in home loans by fraudulent misrepresentations, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 2. On September 23, 1991, the court sentenced defendant to twelve months imprisonment and $4,050 in fines. Defendant filed notice to appeal his sentence on October 2, 1991, and on October 4, 1991, defendant moved to stay execution of his sentence of imprisonment...
