Frank Lettelier was tried in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County and found guilty of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance on July 17, 1990. Following his conviction, he was sentenced to serve twelve (12) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with four (4) years suspended, and to pay a fine of $1,000.00 and the statutory crime lab fee.
