Basterrechea Distributing, Inc., appeals from the trial court's judgment on special verdict which awarded $2,798.34 to Basterreachea and Unigard Insurance Co., for a forged check drawn against Basterrechea's checking account and paid by Idaho State Bank. Idaho State Bank cross-appeals from the same judgment. We affirm.
