OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellants bring this interlocutory appeal from the district court's granting of appellees' motion to maintain their cause of action as a class action. Tex.R.Civ.P. 42; Tex.Civ.Prac. 51.014(3) (Vernon Supp.1992). Appellants bring four points of error. We affirm.
