OPINION

LANE, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Donald Wayne Nance, was convicted of Murder in the First Degree after a trial by jury in Case No. CRF-85-4577, in the District Court of Oklahoma County. The statutory punishment for the crime was life imprisonment and the trial court sentenced Appellant accordingly.
