Defendant appeals his convictions for unlawful possession of a firearm, ORS 166.250, and possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized as a result of a frisk and subsequent search of his person during a traffic stop for several minor equipment violations.
