This appeal involves a medical malpractice and products liability action brought by plaintiff Beverly Mozer against defendants Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Northwestern), Dr. Jack Kerth (Kerth) and Bristol Meyers Laboratories (Bristol) wherein plaintiff alleges she suffered a grand mal seizure and myocardial infarct resulting from an overdose of the drug Stadol, which was administered at Northwestern at Kerth...
