Claimant appeals from an order of the Industrial Commission (Commission) contending it erred in calculating the amount of benefits he was due for the partial hearing loss he suffered in both ears. Claimant argues that benefits should be computed as a percentage of the maximum number of weeks available for complete and total loss of hearing in both ears rather than as a proportion of the lower number...
