PLOTKIN, Judge.

The defendant, Thomas Sherrill, was charged by a grand jury with the second degree murder of Bruce Knutson. The defendant pled not guilty. The trial judge found the defendant guilty of manslaughter and sentenced him to fifteen years at hard labor. The defendant now appeals.

Facts
