Appellant Roxanne Denise Brown alleged that prosecutorial misconduct denied her a fair trial. This court affirmed the conviction in an unpublished opinion. State v. Brown, No. C4-91-305, 1991 WL 271489 (Minn.App. Dec. 24, 1991), pet. for rev. granted in part, denied in part (Minn. Feb. 27, 1992).
