OPINION

GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Michael Prodhomme, of possession of cocaine, a controlled substance listed in penalty group 1. See Tex.Health 481.-115(b) (Vernon 1989). Punishment was assessed by the jury at thirty years' confinement in the penitentiary. By one point of error, appellant complains of ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.
