The defendant, Juan Morejon, appeals from a Superior Court conviction whereby he was found guilty of robbery and possession of a kung fu weapon. The defendant was sentenced to forty years' imprisonment for robbery and one year's imprisonment for possession of a kung fu weapon, both sentences to be served consecutively.
