In a suit for personal injuries sustained by a worker on a construction site as a result of being run over by a pneumatic roller, the Appellant alleged causes of action against the manufacturer and the lessor of the roller based on theories of strict products liability, negligence and breaches of express and implied warranties. The trial court granted the Appellees' joint motion for summary judgment and rendered a take-nothing judgment...
