This appeal comes from the trial court's granting of defendants', the Orleans Parish School Board and Ronald Despenza, Exception of No Cause of Action. The plaintiff, Edward Williams, appeals this ruling, asking this Court to reverse and remand this case for further proceedings and/or to allow the plaintiff to amend his petition so as to state a cause of action.
