SHORES, Justice.

This is a slip and fall case in which the plaintiff, Virginia Strange, was awarded $25,000 in damages by a jury in the Etowah Circuit Court for injuries she incurred while shopping at a store operated by the defendant, Gregerson's Foods, Inc. The trial court granted the defendant's motion for a new trial, based upon newly discovered evidence. It is from this order that Strange appeals. We affirm.
