Plaintiff, Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers), appeals the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants, Blackhawk Construction Company (Blackhawk), Maryland Casualty Company (Maryland), and Northern Insurance Company of New York (Northern).
